Our goal is to provide customers with multiple activities to be carried out alone or in a group.
The geographical conformation of Prato Valentino is in itself a source of hikes and excursions, which are all well signed and offer different lengths and difficulties to satisfy both beginners and experts of trekking in the mountains.
We are committed to developing this territory and we want to prove it through the numerous projects that we look forward to being able to accomplish: the most important one is the building of a Family Mountain Bike track where parents and children can have fun together while discovering the landscape gifted by the Rhaetian Alps.

Cooking Class
Cooking class to learn all the secrets of making Pizzoccheri, according to the traditional recipe of the Accademia del Pizzocchero di Teglio, with the awarding of a “Master Pizzoccheraio” certificate. Lunch or dinner with a traditional four-course menu.

Chalet Baita del Sole offers two inflatables available all year round where children can have fun while parents enjoy their traditional lunch in total tranquility.
During the winter season, the treadmill is also active and allows you to get effortlessly uphill with sledges too.
In addition to it, the fat bike track is available for those who want to enjoy the snow without necessarily wearing skis.

This is our mission.
The project “Chalet Baita del Sole” was born from the desire to bring back to life an environment until now neglected, creating an accommodation facility on the slopes of the Alpe di Teglio where tourists and skiers can find refreshment during their excursions.
But not only: our goal is to encourage customers to come and visit us without necessarily planning a trip, but just because of the pleasure of spending a dinner with the most loved ones.
The glow of fire is hygge, as well as making yourself comfortable and looking at the stars together with your loved one.
And there is nothing more hygge than sitting with friends and family chatting about the small and big things in life, perhaps in front of a plate of pizzoccheri and with a panoramic view of the entire valley.
